The Mission of The Frees Foundation is to support efforts that assist vulnerable and underserved populations achieve self-sufficiency.
Emphasis will be given to projects and initiatives that focus on community and systems level solutions to complex social issues and that promise high impact outcomes.
Grants will be made primarily in the fields of health, education, community services and the issue areas of homelessness, immigration and refugee resettlement.
International grant priority consideration will be for projects providing youth education in high conflict or remote areas as well as emergency relief. Geographic preference includes the Metropolitan area of Houston and the State of Texas.
