Jennifer has 25 yrs experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. She has held various leadership roles, from being on the board of directors to the development director, etc. She has worked in health, economic development, and advocacy based organizations. She has also worked as a consultant with various nonprofits to facilitate executive coaching using the Intercultural Development Inventory and provided workshops to support organizations on their journey to expand Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts. She has an MPA in nonprofit management from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a BA in psychology and women’s studies from the University of Minnesota, twin cities.
