Consulting firm receives help sourcing prospective funders

Challenge

A Denver-based consulting firm needed a quick turn-around institutional prospecting service to support their fundraising and fundraising consulting efforts.

Methods

Access Philanthropy established a relationship with the consulting firm to produce institutional prospects for selected clients, based primarily in Rocky Mountain States. We were able to provide these prospect lists in less than six weeks.

Results

During our 18-month relationship, Access Philanthropy produced lists of 20 to 30 institutional prospects for 14 clients. Our prospecting resulted in several new clients, and many clients at the top end of the nonprofit food chain. These included colleges, national organizations, hospitals and museums.
